In most cases, SMS cannot be delivered due to a problem with the end device itself. Normally, it just needs to reconnect to the local network, which can be done by restarting it. It could also be that the phone does not have enough storage space or that it has some technical issues.

Perform the following steps:

• Make sure the phone is not roaming off the network. We cannot guarantee the delivery of messages on roaming phones;
• Check phone memory capacity, free up some space if necessary;
• Turn off the phone and wait at least 15 seconds before restarting the phone, so that the device can reconnect to the network properly;

 Please try again after thirty minutes, or you can enter another phone number to check if the problem is from your phone, you can try this solution:

• Just restart your phone and try to login again
• Log in to another network and try again
• If nothing changes, it is recommended to clear the cache and data of the application or reinstall it 
• If nothing changes, placing the SIM card in another device will solve these problems.
