Method of receiving and finalizing the request:

 

1- When a request appears, you can preview the request in terms of the location of the customer and also the place of arrival

If the request is appropriate for you, you can approve it and it requires you to swipe once

After approval of the request, we advise you to confirm the request with the customer and the location (this is to confirm the reservation only with the customer)

Going to the customer’s location, the Navigate arrow appears on the right side, and you can choose Google Map and go to the customer.

2. Upon arrival at the customer’s location, please set up a swipe in order to reach the customer with an arrival alert at him

3. When the customer boarding with you in the vehicle, please make a swipe to initiate the request and operate the meter

4. Upon arrival, you will be required to swipe in order to notify the request

After that, a summary of the trip and the final bill will appear for you

5. It requires you to click on Confirm the total amount to show the invoice, because in the customer’s application and during the trip, he can thank you by Tip, ranging from 5 to 30%, or have it available on a discount coupon from the value of the order in full. This is why it is necessary to press to confirm the total amount !!!!
