If your phone is not compatible with the app or if you are using an old version of the app, then you may encounter technical issues.

What to do if a problem occurs during the flight?

  • If the app crashes, restart your device. Flight information is available on the system, and you don't need to worry about canceling the flight due to device restart.
  • If restarting your phone doesn't fix the problem ask for a price review.
  • To avoid network problem, we recommend that you connect your device to a car charger and use a minimum data limit of 1 to 2 GB on 3G or 4G network.
