The final price of a trip is a set of factors that are considered as an advance rate or are calculated based on the following elements in some cities:

• Base price

• Price per kilometer (distance)

• Minute rate (time)

• Dynamic pricing  on demand.

In the event that we use bad internet or there is a problem with the global positioning system (GPS), the system will notify us of such cases automatically and the price will be recalculated.

However, at the end of the trip if you run into a price issue:

• End the trip

• Do not confirm the price. Select you are having a problem with the price

• Identify the correct problem

If the customer pays less or does not pay the price of the flight.

You may sometimes notice price problems, in such cases be sure to:

• You are using the recommended devices 

• Update the partner app to the latest version

• Update Google Maps or Waze

• GPS set to high location accuracy (for Android users).
