Customer didn't pay or paid less

Drivers are responsible for collecting the trip amount from the customer for the cash-paid trips.

 

Please follow the following guidelines when the customer does not pay or pay less for the trip in cash:

  • Politely ask the customer to make the payment at the end of the cache trip
  • If the customer refuses to pay or pay less, do not confirm the price
  • Click on a problem 
  • Choose a non-paying customer
  • Then contact a representative or technical support service to solve the problem.

 

Tips to follow before starting the trip:

  • Check the name of the customer
  • For cache trips, an exchange must be provided. If you do not have enough cash, the customer has the right not to pay or pay less.
