Rider made a mess

If a rider made a mess in your vehicle that requires significant cleaning and prevents you from taking further trips, please let us know here.

Within 3 business days of the trip, please submit the following:

- At least 2 clear photos of the mess caused (when taking photos at night, we recommend using a flash or turn on the internal light in your car. We also recommend not to have riders visible in the photos)
- Photo of an official receipt (preferably stamped) with date of cleaning and details of the car wash (name and address)
- The trip details on which the incident occurred

We'll do our best to support you, however, Please bear in mind cleaning fee reimbursements are specifically for professional cleaning services, and not personal cleaning services.

They are calculated based on the extent of the mess made and the reasonable cost of cleaning.

For example:

- If a little mud or dirt is left on the floor/ mats, that would constitute a minor cleaning fee.

- If some wet food was spilt on cloth seats, this would constitute a moderate cleaning fee.

- If there was a large amount of vomit on the floor or a car mat, this would constitute a large cleaning fee.

If the evidence provided is insufficient, or we're not able to match the claim with the rider, we may be unable to provide reimbursement.
