What if I did not receive the activation code?

To make sure that you created the account with your real number, we will send you a text message with the activation code that you will need to enter in order for the account creation process to take place.


If you did not receive the activation message, you can request to obtain the code when the time expires on a screen and please type the numbers in English without a zero, for example 79xxxxx.


If the problem is still there, go to the main menu and click on "Stay in touch with us". And choose the procedure that suits you.
