Trip standards

We pride ourselves on providing the highest levels of service to our clients. Here are a selection of important things you can expect to get from a Captain during the ride:

 

 

  • Ride quality

 

Regardless of the type of vehicle you order, you should expect to ride in a clean car, with a professional captain, and in good condition A / C (if the need arises).

 

  • Ease of getting on and off

 

Your experience with TaxiF is much easier if you enter the access point in advance. This way, the captain can follow the GPS system and you can rest in your seat and enjoy the journey. 

You will also be able to add additional details about the starting point for the Captain in case you want him to meet you in a specific location or something similar.

 

 

  • Evaluate your trip

 

We want to know our customers' opinions and comments, which is why we encourage them to rate our Captain after each trip. If the service is excellent, why not rate it 5 stars and tip it? If the service falls short of your expectations, let us know why.

 

 

  • Some management and arrangement

 

Vehicle capacity: TaxiF provides its customers with a number of types of cars that vary in capacity according to the type. The capacity of each type of vehicle is subject to the same state laws that prescribe the capacity of that vehicle. In accordance with TaxiF policies and to maintain your safety and security, a captain cannot escort more passengers than the legal car capacity. 

Pets: Pets are not very welcome on TaxiF trips We could, however, leave the captain free to agree or refuse to take your pet in his car. That is why we ask you to respect the Captain's decision in this case. 

Smoking, eating and drinking: The captain considers the car his personal office. That is why we ask you to respect the rules imposed by the captain regarding smoking and consuming food and drinks in his car.

Safety Harness: Wearing a seat belt all the time is a law and everyone must respect it.
