Customer - How to behave with a Captain TaxiF policy during the trip

We, at TaxiF, care about our captains, our customers, and our colleagues alike, and everyone of course appreciates the work and dedication of the Captains, as they are the partners we trust to deliver us from one place to another, to deliver our children, or even to deliver our things, in hundreds of cities. Please pay attention to the following points, to keep together this level of service and trust.

Be nice to the captain

  • Say hello, smile, and act with respect at all times.
  • Remember that loud music can distract your captain, and so can speech out loud.

Keep the car clean

  • Do not smoke or cause any harm to the vehicle, or any stains due to any liquid or food spillage, as this may affect the Captain, other customers, and the level of service.
  • The customer is responsible for any damages he may cause to the car

Pay for your trip immediately

Try to keep enough money with you, or ask the captain to stop and withdraw the amount from the ATM.

* Late payment or non-payment of the amount may unfortunately cause the ban on your taxi account.

Use GPS to locate departure or arrival points

  • Always use GPS and help the captain with verbal guidance if the address is complicated.
  • Notify the Captain if you prefer a certain route.

Be ready when a Captain arrives and try to avoid canceling rides for no reason

  • Finding a place to park can be difficult to find at times, so try not to make the captain wait too long.
  • Be waiting for the Captain as soon as he arrives at the launch to avoid waiting or cancellation charges. The captain has the right to cancel the trip if you exceed the waiting period for you between 5 to 10 minutes.

Thank the captain for his distinguished service!

  • Remember to take all your belongings out when you get out of the car. Don't worry if you forget something, our captains are trustworthy, and they will deliver your items to the taxi office.
  • Thank the captain and give him a 5-star rating if you enjoyed your ride, or a tip if you like.
  • Be fair in your rating of a Captain, as a low rating affects a captain's rewards and income.

* Prices for rides, peak, traffic and weather conditions are beyond the captain's control.

Safety is your priority, and do not engage in any illegal activity

No alcohol or drugs.

Do not ask the captain to break the law, do not ask, for example, to exceed the speed limit, or to stop where parking is prohibited.

Always wear a seat belt and remember that the car can accommodate a limited number of passengers, depending on the number of seat belts available on board.

* Any acts in violation of the law that may lead to legal prosecution.
