What are the efforts of the taxi to ensure the standard of hygiene?

We work around the clock to ensure that our Captains maintain the highest standards of hygiene in their cars. We have been advised by all the Captains to regularly use hand sanitizers, sterile wipes and disinfectants after each trip to ensure germs do not spread. We also sent instructions to the Captains on what to do if they feel sick.

What should you do?

For the sake of your safety and that of a taxi captain, we kindly ask you to ensure that you follow the highest standards of personal hygiene and avoid direct contact with captains, while continuing to follow the directions of the government and public health authorities.

How are clients or captains who have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus treated?

We will temporarily suspend Captains or clients' accounts in the event of direct or indirect exposure to the COVID-19 virus or signs of illnesses from the virus.

Do you have the option to cancel your trip if you suspect a COIVD-19 case?

Customers can use our application and taxi services as advertised. Customers also have the right to refuse a car or a captain if they feel it does not follow high standards of hygiene. In this case, you can contact customer service for help.

Does a Captain have the right to refuse a trip if he suspects a COIVD-19 case?

The captain has the option to remain available and use the TaxiF app. Likewise, it will still have the option to accept or decline reservations. If the Captain feels any suspicion of exposure to the COVID-19 virus, he can refuse the reservation by contacting the taxi support service for assistance.
