If you want to cancel a trip shortly after booking, you can click on the "cancel trip" button located at the top of the screen to the left before the captain arrives
You can also go to Menu> My Trips> Upcoming>Your Ride, where you will find rides details while the Captain is on his way to you.
If you want to cancel a scheduled trip, go to Menu> Your rides> Upcoming, then choose the ride you want to cancel
In both cases, a trip cancellation fee may apply to compensate the Captain for his movement in your direction. Please see cancellation policy below
Direct rides:
You can cancel a trip within two minutes of requesting it without incurring any cancellation fees
If you cancel the trip after two minutes, and before the captain arrives, you will be charged the minimum fare
After the Captain reaches you, you will be charged the minimum fare plus any waiting fees
Upcoming rides:
You can cancel the trip within 60 minutes before the appointment without incurring any cancellation fees (even if the captain is specified)
When you cancel a trip within or within 60 minutes of the start date, you will be charged the minimum fare as a cancellation fee
When a trip is canceled at the last minute, or if the Captain has already arrived at the departure location, you will be charged the minimum fare in addition to any waiting fees .
