  • Whenever you link a new card to your TaxiF account or when it is ineffective, we will verify it by making a settlement. Settlements are small amounts of money that are temporarily deducted to ensure the validity and validity of the credit card.

  • Also, at the start of the trip, we may put a temporary settlement process for an order creation amount on your payment method. When the trip is complete, your final flight fare will be deducted according to your payment method and the remaining amount is immediately released and returned to your account. You will only see the final fare and flight receipts in the financial statement register of your TaxiF account in addition to your bank account / card statement. It may take your bank from one to three weeks, depending on the policy of your bank

  • If the total fare is higher than the interim settlement amount, we will convert the pending settlement amount into a cost and make another transaction only against the difference. In this case, you may see the cost charges spread over two transactions on your bank account / card statement. Regardless of multiple transactions, you will only be charged equal to the total fare.

  • If the trip is canceled and the cancellation fee is charged , we will convert your settlement amount into a fee equal to the cancellation fee , and the remaining amount will be released immediately. It may take around 5 business days for your bank to reflect this, depending on your bank's policy.

  • If the trip is canceled without a cancellation fee , we will immediately release the original pending settlement amount. It may take around 5 business days for your bank to reflect this, depending on your bank's policy.
