Customer Lost an Item

After each trip, check right away to see if the customer has left anything behind. If you find any lost items, please follow these instructions:

  • You will have 48 hours  to contact the customer  after the flight is completed.
  • The customer will also have 48 hours to contact you to get the lost back. Please return it without charge.
  • If you are not sure who the missing person belongs to or if you are unable to come to a mutual agreement with the customer, please contact a technical support team   or representative and we will advise you as soon as possible.

Missing phone

If you find a phone in your car, please contact the technical support team or representative, and we will advise you on the next steps.
