Reasons for a Blocked Account

To ensure excellent service, the driver's account may be banned temporarily or permanently as a result, but not only for the following reasons:

  • The driver gave his account to someone else

  • Pricing is incorrect

  • Irregular / suspicious activities

  • Vehicle that does not match the captain account

  • Any form of misconduct

Note: The ban can be reversed temporarily after contacting a representative or after reviewing a technical support service.

A temporary ban initiated by our team will be active until the driver fulfills the requirements that were informed before the account was activated.
