If a customer cancels a flight order after you arrive at their location, a cancellation fee applies, not a wait time fee.
In general, cancellation fees apply:
- If the customer requests the cancellation after minutes have passed from your acceptance of the request and you go to his site
- If the customer requests cancellation after you have arrived at his site
Note :
- If you do not arrive on time for the customer, cancellation fees may not apply
- Cancellation fees have not been applied to a customer at the present time ( soon in a new update inside Jordan) .
Why is the captain deducted the cancellation fee at the current time? ~ Inside Jordan only
- All cancellation fees are returned to the captain upon contacting a technical support service or representative upon verification of a trip.
- There are many cases of fraud on a company and requesting a trip outside the application so cancellation fees are deducted for their detection and punishment.
