After arriving at the download site, customers will be charged a wait time fee at the per-minute rate to compensate drivers for the waiting time before the start of the journey. In the event that the customer cancels the order a few minutes after the driver arrives at the download site, he will be charged based on the cancellation fee principle (not valid at the moment).
Note:
- In most countries, the wait time fee starts 2 minutes after arriving at the download site
- If the dynamic quote is valid, the higher fairness applies to the wait time charges
- Waiting time fees are calculated automatically by the system.
