Report an accident or violent behavior

  •  If an unsafe or disturbing situation occurs to you, or if you have an accident, please ensure that you and all parties are safe.
  •  Immediately inform the police and paramedics if necessary and do not hesitate to inform us by contacting the technical support team .
  •  Be aware that we do not tolerate unprofessional behavior from the customer / driver such as aggression, inappropriate physical contact, violence or any similar misconduct.
  •  Attach any evidence and as much detail as possible when informing our team. We assure you that we treat such cases with the utmost priority.
