Problems using the promotion (coupon)

In the event that there is a problem when using the promotion, make sure that:

• Coupon has not expired.
•  You added the coupon correctly.
• You are using the latest version of the app.

Some other things to keep in mind:

• You cannot apply the promotion offered in one country to another
• You cannot apply two or more coupons at the same time, so select the offer you wish to use before booking your order
• If the value of the discount coupon is higher than the price of a trip, you cannot use the remaining amount on another trip
• Some discounts may have value in a certain percentage and thus reduce the price of the trip by a certain amount.
• Some percentage-based discounts can have a maximum amount to be deducted.
