Drivers should not ask you to pay cash unless you have selected cash as the payment method for the trip.
If you are in a city where cash payment is not available, drivers should not ask passengers to pay in cash for the fare or tolls.
Tips are not included in the fare, nor are they expected or required. If you wish to give a tip, the driver may accept it. The total fare will not be adjusted if you pay the tip in cash.
If the driver requests cash payment for any reason, please report it here within 30 days of completing the trip.
