The drivers are doing their best to arrive on time at the pick-up location. In order to avoid paying waiting time fees, we advise you to order the trip only when you are close to your pick-up location and ready to meet your driver.
Remember that if the trip is canceled and you have to pay cancellation fees, the waiting time fees will not apply.
The fees amount and the waiting time depend on the location itself. Additional waiting time fees can apply to your trip depending on the request in the city concerned.
