Why is the fare for my trip higher or lower than that shown on the app?

When you select the place of arrival, you will see the approximate price , and when you complete your trip, we will calculate the fare based on the actual time and the actual distance traveled in addition to the trip reservation fees, additional expenses and any other factors that may affect the course of the trip such as peak times. 

Prices may vary depending on the location and the vehicle category you have booked. 

If you did not specify the place of arrival when booking your ride, the final cost will be calculated upon completion of your trip.
