You can contact the technical support department within 24 hours to inquire about the lost items, and we will follow up on the matter.

Notice:

  • We try our best to assist you in recovering your lost items , but be aware that TaxiF is not responsible for items lost during the trip.
  • Be aware of the effort and time the driver spends returning your lost items. Compensation is always welcome!
