If you are trying to request a trip, but you see a message stating that your account has been banned,

 Please take a look at the possible causes:

 

  • If five consecutive trips are requested and canceled for them within an hour, the customer will be blocked for five hours. 
  • Failure to pay the final captain fee.
  • Exploit sharing a friend's invite code.
  • Use a suspicious email address.
