Change driver rating

During your trip or after every completed trip you will be asked to rate your driver between 1 and 5 stars. When a trip is cancelled, neither the rider nor the driver will be able to leave a rating.

Please take time to consider the most appropriate rating for your driver's behaviour during the trip. We do not change driver ratings once they have been entered into the app.

If you give a driver less than 5 stars, you'll see a list of common driver issues you can choose from to provide more specific feedback. Let us know what went wrong by tapping the most appropriate issue for your driver.
