I would like to get a refund on the trip I didn't take

If you experienced an issue with your pick-up, such as difficulty connecting with your driver, the trip was cancelled, or your driver didn’t arrive, please let us know here within 30 days.

If you believe you were incorrectly charged a cancellation fee, please go back and select “I was incorrectly charged a cancellation fee.”
